Cancellation Policy

At Space & Softness, we understand that plans may change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

   •  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
   •  To request cancellation, customers must contact us at support@spaceandsoftness.com with their order ID.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if applicable.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

4. Cancellation by Space & Softness

Space & Softness reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:​​

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. No Cash Refunds

All refunds are processed electronically.

Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
