Return & Refund Policy

At Space & Softness, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if:

 

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

 

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

 

  1. Email us at support@spaceandsoftness.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

 

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during checkout (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.)

5. Refund Mode

Refunds are processed via:

 

  • Original payment method

  • Bank transfer (if original payment mode is unavailable)

 

No cash refunds will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by Space & Softness

  • For all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer

7. Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@spaceandsoftness.com.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
